Studio Rental Rates
Weekdays - $100/hr with a two hour minimum
Weekdays - $500/day rate 8am-6pm, $50/hr after that
Weekends - $100/hr with a two hour minimum

Green Room is included
60" Ultra HD WiFi TV is included for wireless presentations
Seating is included
Dry Erase wall is included for presentations
Parking is included
No holes are to be drilled into the studio space or nails/screws into any wall, floor or fixture.
Studio must be left in a clean condition with trash removed etc.
50% of the rental fee is due when reservation is made and the balance due before access is granted on rental dates.
All reservation sales are final.
