New Home for Iron Robot Films!

We have finally found a home for Iron Robot Films! You may recall we moved to Sanford in October of 2015. We searched throughout the historic district for a suitable building that was large enough, easy to find and had ample parking. This is that space!

We found a building built in 1920 and served as a way station for goods, primarily food between the riverships of the St Johns River and the railroads serving central and southern Florida.

The space has been a wood working shop for the last 15 years or so and is in amazing shape. We are in the process of returning it to it's original condition while building out elements to make it suitable as a production sound stage.

In addition to it's use as a still video and still photography studio. The site will be open to various entertainment events, art installations, educational uses, meetings and more.

One unique aspect of this studio is a strong influence from the steampunk world. This will be in the reception area and is the work of our amazing partners from Darkvale Studios. Darkvale is a premier fabricator of all kinds of props and film sets located in Orlando.

Our studio will also be home to Fanvergence Creative Group, LLC, an interactive theater group moving into their new office in February. We are extremely excited to host and partner with them in our space.
